Anthony Walters brings over 25 years of executive leadership to the addiction and behavioral health industry and is a founding partner of Pinnacle Behavioral Health Systems. He previously served as Vice President of Operations for Behavioral Health with private equity partner General Catalyst with 16 site locations across the Texas market. He served as CEO for Acadia Healthcare and spearheaded the operations and startup launch of over 200 residential and psychiatric beds across multiple markets including Arizona and Arkansas. He served as Regional Vice President of Birch Tree Communities, led facilitated growth and developed an integrated addiction and behavioral health system across 70 properties. He served as CEO of the Greenhouse Treatment Center, a high-end addiction treatment center destination in the Dallas metro market. Walters has launched behavioral health and addiction treatment centers from the ground up in the Minnesota and Ohio markets as well. In addition to startup and growth initiatives, Walters has pronounced expertise with optimizing operations for existing addiction treatment centers and psychiatric hospitals including an emphasis on revenue enhancement, payor mix strategy, business development, intake, and leveraging expense to revenue ratios/metrics to maximize EBITDA and operating margin. Walters is highly skilled with all aspects of addiction and behavioral health operations including clinical, regulatory, and finance. He holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Ambrozino Storr is a highly motivated, goal-oriented executive with 15 years of progressively responsible positions gaining solid experience and knowledge in the field of behavioral health care and financial management. Extensive experience supporting psychiatric clinical patient services for adults, adolescents and children in outpatient and inpatient deliveries of care. Storr has launched startups in Nevada, Arizona and California. Highly perceptive and understanding of business priorities, dedicated to managing employees and operations, culturally sensitive, contribute to business development, fiscal management, contract compliance and Joint Commission accreditation. Cross functional communicator, interface effectively with all levels of staff, including executive management, physicians, nursing, patients, families, customer partners and regulatory agencies. Excellent forward planning, problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership competencies consistently deliver on vision, strategy and roadmap. He holds a MS in Business Management from National University and a BS in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Ambrozino has strong knowledge and connections within the southwest market, particularly Arizona where he worked closely with state regulatory bodies and payors to launch an acute psychiatric hospital for adolescents and two residential expansions.
