  • Assess, develop, and deploy a marketing strategy

  • Conduct Payer negotiations with insurance carriers for optimum reimbursement
  • Develop and implement all policies, procedures, and forms
  • Implement all key standing committees and daily organizational processes including Morning Meeting, Utilization Management, Care Coordination, Administrator on Call, leadership rounding, Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, Safety, Medical Executive, and Governing Body
  • Interface and coordinate with regulatory bodies and lead new programs through initial accreditation processes
  • Contract with all vendors to ensure facility operations including radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, and dietary
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships within the local community and state government
  • Launch and serve patients on the day of opening
  • Coordinate open house and community/media introduction to the facility
  • Implement expense management system with weekly spreadsheet tracking, PPD system and analysis
  • Implement post-discharge wellness check process and client satisfaction survey process
  • Ongoing evaluation and operational consultation to achieve best practices
  • Develop a clinical brand for future growth expansion
